POSITION SUMMARY

The Cannon Team is seeking a detail-oriented and creative Marketing Coordinator to support our real estate team. This position will be responsible for assisting with marketing initiatives that drive property visibility, promote agent services, and strengthen our brand presence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, creativity, and a service-oriented mindset focused on supporting agents and the team’s overall growth.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing (real estate or service-based industries preferred).
  • Proficiency in Canva; experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Mailchimp, or video editing tools a plus.
  • Knowledge of digital and social media marketing strategies.
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (FollowUp Boss a plus)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities
  • Support the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote property listings, open houses, agent branding, and team growth.
  • Create and distribute marketing materials including but not limited to flyers, brochures, team magazine, listing presentations, email campaigns, and social media content.
  • Manage and grow social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube) to increase brand visibility, lead generation, and client engagement.
  • Collaborate with agents and leadership to deliver marketing solutions that anticipate and meet agent needs.
  • Write and edit copy for MLS listings, website content, and digital campaigns.
  • Track and report on marketing metrics such as engagement, email open rates, and website traffic.
  • Assist with the planning and coordination of marketing-related events, including broker opens, client appreciation events, and community outreach.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and marketing deliverables.
