YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Have the ability to embrace our company values which are Kindness, Respect, Integrity, and Innovation!
  • Experience in marketing, comms, or outreach (ideally in a social impact setting)
  • Confident with tools like Canva, WhatsApp, Mailchimp, and Meta Ads
  • Strong copywriting skills and a passion for inclusive messaging
  • Organised, proactive, and full of creative ideas
  • A genuine belief in social value, accessibility, and reaching those who need it most

Responsibilities
  • Create engaging content across social, email, and print to promote the programme
  • Manage warm referral leads and help turn interest into action
  • Run and optimise paid social campaigns (e.g. Meta) to reach more people
  • Design branded materials that are clear, inclusive, and accessible
  • Track marketing performance and share insights to improve engagement
  • Promote the service through community and stakeholder comms
