POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a driven and creative Marketing Coordinator to take the lead on growing our brand presence, generating leads, and supporting business development. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, results-focused, and passionate about local marketing, social media, and creating campaigns that drive real business.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or similar field
• Strong communication and copywriting skills
• Experience with social media marketing, email campaigns, and Google tools
• Creative thinker with strong design sense (basic Canva, Photoshop, or similar skills an asset)
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
• Valid driver’s license and ability to attend events or job sites as needed

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our services (portable toilets, trailers, fencing, etc.)
• Create and manage social media content (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Work with sales and operations teams to support lead generation and customer outreach
• Manage advertising campaigns (Google Ads, flyers, online listings, etc.)
• Attend local events, expos, or trade shows to promote the brand
• Analyze and report on campaign results and adjust strategies accordingly
• Maintain and update the company website (basic WordPress or similar CMS experience a plus)
• Develop marketing materials (brochures, signage, vehicle decals, etc.)
