The Paramount Group is seeking a hands-on, resourceful, and highly organized Marketing Coordinator to support the daily execution of marketing, branding, and administrative tasks. Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing & PR, this full-time, in-person role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys collaboration, and has a genuine passion for hospitality.
This position plays a key role in bringing our marketing initiatives to life—whether it’s developing branded materials, producing on-site signage, or driving digital efforts across blogs and newsletters. The Marketing Coordinator will also work closely with our social team to ensure brand consistency and support with content capture at events. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, creatively driven, and comfortable managing multiple priorities with flexibility and a solutions-first mindset.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Available during weekday office hours, with flexibility for nights and weekends to support event coverage and content capture.
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred, background in hospitality, events, graphic design, or marketing support roles a plus. Internships and freelance work will also be considered.
  • Creative and detail-oriented with a strong eye for design.
  • Takes ownership of projects, ensuring everything from digital layouts to printed pieces is polished and professional.
  • Hands-on and be proactive - be comfortable managing big-picture initiatives and smaller tasks (such as cutting, labeling, or organizing).
  • Self-starter who takes the initiative, learns quickly, and thrives in a collaborative team environment.
  • Excellent communicator with a positive, solutions-focused mindset.
  • Proficient in Canva and Adobe Illustrator (basic design and layout).
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and Microsoft Outlook (email and calendars).
  • Experience with MailChimp or similar email marketing tools.
  • Familiarity with WordPress or similar CMS platforms for content updates.
  • Comfortable working some evenings/weekends for event coverage and content capture.

Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development and formatting of branded marketing collateral such as proposals, decks, event signage, menus, labels, stickers, and other printed materials
  • Oversee the production and assembly of physical assets to support on-site activations and internal initiatives
  • Develop newsletters and blogs across brands while keeping a consistent brand voice.
  • Conduct industry research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Support in the organization of digital asset libraries.
  • Track and analyze marketing campaign performance for monthly reporting.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating third-party listings (e.g., Yelp, Party Slate, OpenTable).
  • Contribute to administrative and organizational tasks for the marketing team.
