Description

About the role

Network Retail Group (NRG) is seeking an organised, creative and proactive Marketing Coordinator to take ownership of NRG's day-to-day marketing while supporting the efficient operation of the Adelaide office.

As the primary marketing person within the business, you will manage social media content, leasing brochures, property campaigns, owner presentations, pitch decks and other marketing collateral. You will work closely with the Managing Director and leasing team to turn property and business priorities into polished and engaging materials.

You will also provide general office support, making this a varied, hands-on role suited to someone ready to take initiative, manage competing priorities and develop their career in marketing and retail property.

As a small and growing team, every employee plays an important role in our success. We are looking for someone dependable, committed and motivated to grow with NRG over the long term.

Key responsibilities

  • Own and manage NRG's day-to-day marketing calendar and priorities.
  • Plan, create and schedule content across the company's social media platforms.
  • Maintain the company website, property listings and other digital platforms.
  • Produce leasing brochures, property information packs, expression-of-interest campaigns and other marketing collateral.
  • Create professional owner presentations, property reports, pitch decks, proposals and capability statements.
  • Maintain a consistent brand identity and ensure all materials are accurate and delivered on time.
  • Liaise professionally with clients and retailers.
  • Attend selected property inspections and client meetings.

About you

  • A qualification or current studies in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business, Property or a related discipline would be highly regarded.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organisation, time management and attention to detail.
  • Creative mindset for design, layout and visual presentation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Confidence using design software such as Canva, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop or a similar platform.
  • Ability to take initiative, manage priorities and work independently when required.
  • Professional, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in marketing, administration, customer service or property is desirable but not essential.
