Experience in drafting engaging marketing communications across a variety of channels and mediums. * Experience in social media strategy, management and content creation. * Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva or equivalent. * Knowledge of local market and consumer trends, and uderstanding of luxury hospitality and standards is a plus. * A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and creating memorable events.   A Glance at What You Will Do * Brand & Content Management: Represent the W Melbourne brand across all marketing channels; creating and editing content for digital, print, menus and on‑property communications. * Digital & Website Coordination: Maintain the W Melbourne and outlet websites, third‑party listings and digital platforms to ensure accurate, up‑to‑date information and identify optimisation opportunities. * Marketing Campaigns & Collateral: Design and coordinate marketing materials for campaigns, events, conferences and property tours. * Media, PR & Social Support: Assist with media relations, press materials, on‑property media visits, photo/video shoots and social media to enhance brand presence and engagement. * Marketing Operations & Administration: Support day‑to‑day marketing operations including event execution, internal communications, reporting, supplier coordination, purchase orders, and collaboration with Marriott International field and digital marketing teams.   W Hotels’ mission is to Ignite Curiosity, Expand Worlds.
