In this role, you will work collaboratively to communicate the unique appeal of our hotel and develop marketing initiatives that drive guest engagement, brand visibility, and revenue growth. Employment Type Full-time Work Locations Courtyard by Marriott Nagoya 1-17-6 Sakae, Naka-ku, Nagoya, Aichi Key Responsibilities You will be responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies to maximize hotel's publicity and drive the hotel revenue, working with Cluster Senior Marketing Manager and Marketing Supervisor, including: - Planning and implementing seasonal and event‑based promotions and packages to support revenue growth and enhance brand visibility - PR activities, including building relationships with media partners, creating and distributing press releases, and coordinating television coverage - Digital marketing initiatives, such as developing strategies using online travel agencies (OTAs), managing the official hotel website and social media channels, and creating engaging digital contents - Market research and competitor analysis, including monitoring competitor hotel trends and identifying market needs to inform strategic decisions Qualifications - Knowledge and experience in developing and executing digital marketing and social media strategies - Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and work toward shared marketing goals - Ability to communicate in English (reading, writing, and conversation) - Creative thinking with the ability to propose new ideas and innovative approaches - Strong self‑management skills, with the ability to take initiative and execute responsibilities independently - We encourage you to apply if you meet one of the above qualifications.
