About the role
Our Marketing team based in Chipping Norton; NSW is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join the fast-paced environment. This opportunity will allow you to provide trade marketing and communications support, coordinate trade events and ensure trade publication advertising is managed in accordance with Daikin’s brand guidelines.

Gain hands-on experience and project ownership:

  • Working alongside different Daikin business units to provide marketing support for projects
  • Assist Brand Communications Manager with effective internal and external communications
  • Managing and coordinating tasks outsourced to external vendors
  • Brief creative and design agencies on various marketing print collaterals
  • Design basic flyers and marketing support materials
  • Manage and track internal approvals for trade brochures and collaterals
  • Manage trade event and facilitate cross-functional team efforts

About you

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing and/or Communications but is not a must have
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Marketing and/or Communications role
  • Experiences with managing trade events and/or email marketing platforms will be desirable
  • Basic graphic design skills with experiences using Adobe Illustrator and Canva
  • Exceptional project management skills, managing conflicting priorities and projects
  • Ability to think outside the box with well-developed problem-solving skills
  • Computer literacy skills
