Responsibilities
  • Coordinating marketing campaigns and projects from briefing to final delivery, ensuring required approvals are obtained.
  • Support the production of coop marketing plans with tourism boards, hotel chains, and airports.
  • Help manage the execution of campaigns promoting various product lines, ensuring alignment with brand standards and campaign goals.
  • Draft creative briefs and build basic workback schedules and communications plans to guide campaign development.
  • Review creative assets for consistency with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Organise and participate in meetings such as kick-offs, campaign approvals, and team regroups.
  • Communicate with stakeholders to share updates, flag challenges, and adjust timelines when needed.
  • Deliver final assets on time and in line with the brief.
  • Coordinate incoming partner marketing plans and align them with Air Canada Vacations’ promotional calendar.
  • Leverage past campaigns and consumer insights to support continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including design, copywriting, e-commerce, media, product, and sales to ensure smooth execution.
  • Maintain proper archiving of visuals and final deliverables in the company’s SharePoint.
  • Respond to various requests from the sales team and coordinate their marketing needs in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Assist with ad hoc marketing initiatives such as destination launches, annual planning, and team projects.
  • Support the Manager, Marketing with day-to-day tasks and contribute to the delivery of marketing projects.
  • Contribute to identifying and implementing process improvements.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity to help inform team decisions.
