Job Summary: The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for overseeing our organic social channels, leading both content and strategy to support engagement and brand visibility. They will also support broader brand initiatives, including promo campaigns, photo and video shoots, and media outreach efforts. They partner with the Brand Manager on brand reviews, research, and other key tasks that contribute to the marketing team’s success. Key Responsibilities: Own day-to-day management of Vari’s organic social channels, including scheduling, posting, monitoring, and community engagement. Partner with Creative team on relevant content creation Assist the Brand Manager in developing and executing marketing campaigns, including drafting messaging, coordinating creative assets, and prepping channel-specific deliverables Manage coordination between creative, product, and marketing to keep campaign deliverables on time Support PR efforts such as tracking media coverage, preparing briefing documents, and assisting with product seeding logistics Jump into ad-hoc marketing needs: from updating website content to supporting product launches, based on team priorities Maintain checklists, track readiness status, and support cross-team communication to ensure nothing slips through the cracks Skills and Qualifications: Familiarity with project management tools (like ClickUp) and timeline creation Experience with social media platforms, as well as an understanding of social monitoring and posting tools Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Canva content creation tool Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment Ability to collaborate effectively in and outside the department A keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills Why Vari: State of the art On-site Gym, spa-like locker room, and Chair Massage Pod Enhanced paternity / maternity / Adoption programs 401k and profit-sharing plan Personal time off / Volunteer time off Team building events on and off site Mentoring and career development Education reimbursement Wellness program and insurance premium discounts At-home work set-up
