Role purpose The Marketing Coordinator will support in delivering the Vicinity marketing strategy across the centre/team. Working in partnership with state teams, National Marketing and external agency partners, the role focuses on executing best practice digital marketing strategies and programs including digital content, social media, email marketing and other assets across paid and owned channels to drive awareness, acquisition, engagement, and retention to achieve strategic outcomes for the business. Key Accountabilities Coordination of regional digital marketing requirements, including social media account management, website updates, EDM creation, and end-to-end paid ad management. Regional implementation of digital marketing campaigns including channel plan development, campaign monitoring, and post-campaign reporting. Lead the creation of engaging social media content in line with current trends and industry best practice, supporting centre teams in execution and delivery. Implementation of content toolkits across social media, website and EDM, localising to centre objectives and audiences. Coordination of digital marketing and platform requests from centre teams and National Marketing. Monitor and optimise regional digital marketing performance to ensure business objectives and KPIs are achieved, identifying areas for improvement, and providing actionable insights. Monitor and share insights on digital marketing best practice and industry / competitor activity. A relevant tertiary qualification is desirable. CRITICAL KNOWLEDGE (what you need to know) Professional, confident and with a proactive attitude.
