Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating the day-to-day marketing for each development using project management system, Basecamp
  • Briefing in design concepts and managing the delivery of CGI’s, floorplans, brochures, advertising artwork, development models, website development and ongoing updates.
  • Weekly site visits to our developments to ensure a high level of presentation is maintained.
  • Proactively contributing to weekly/bi-weekly catch-ups with our external agencies to drive awareness and sales for our developments
  • Brief new creative and marketing campaigns to our external media, PR and creative agencies
  • General departmental administrative assistance including filing, booking meetings and event coordination.
  • Organisation of new site set-ups, ordering all resources and materials such as PPE, Stationery, IT, Fire Extinguishers, coffee machines, music licensing.
  • Assist with booking all advertising in-line with our media schedule and internal marketing plan
  • Setup and send internal email campaigns using Microsoft Dynamics (Keys)
  • Monitor email marketing best practice/ trends and implementing where possible to improve campaign performance
  • Proofread marketing materials and briefing in amends to external agencies
  • Liaise, update and communicate regularly with the Marketing Manager and Sales Managers as required.
  • Update the Countryside Homes website on a regular basis, checking the consistency of information between adverts and websites to ensure current prices, availability and key messages are accurately reflected.
  • Process invoices ensuring they are coded and entered onto the system, in line with our procedures using finance system (COINS)
  • Assisting the Development team with marketing material for ground breaking and community engagement events
