Position Summary: The Marketing Coordinator supports the VP of Sales by gathering, analyzing, and conveying the information we need to target the correct developers who will purchase our apartments. The Coordinator will help plan, develop and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives to engage specific target audiences. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the data culling or capture to break down target market price information for specific products to be delivered to the market. Assist in the development and execution of the apartment units, sizing details and specification requirements by the funding sources and State’s Qualified Allocation Plans and Military Construction plans for the US Government. Assist in specific outreach to the deeply experienced developers within 3 distribution channels of Affordable Multifamily housing; within these deal areas of Market Rate, LIHTC, Department Homeland Security/FEMA, and MILCON or Military Construction. Assist in compiling State by State detail qualifications changes by channel and outline the dates of change, submissions, and awards by project type. Manage the company’s social media presence, including content scheduling, monitoring, and engagement with target clients on social media. Create digital email campaigns and other marketing materials including brochures, presentations and promotional products. Assist in targeted marketing campaigns across digital, print and social channels. Support website updates, SEO efforts, and online content management. Track and report on marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Organize and support events, trade shows, sponsorships, and community outreach initiatives. Conduct tours of the facility with municipalities, investors, and customers. Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and freelancers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of projects. Maintain marketing databases, contact lists, and digital asset libraries. Assist with internal communications, press releases, and brand consistency efforts. Perform administrative tasks to ensure the marketing department runs smoothly. Requirements Qualifications: Passion to be a part of the solution for the housing crisis our nation is facing Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related role Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Google Workspace (Forms, Sheets, Docs) and Microsoft Office Suite; Familiarity with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite). Experience with social media platforms, digital marketing, content management systems, and email marketing software. An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
