POSITION SUMMARY:

WELL Health Medical & Longevity Centres is growing rapidly, and our marketing team needs to meet the demands of our business. We are seeking a self-motivated, experienced, and passionate Marketing Coordinator to join our nimble, “can-do” marketing team. The successful candidate will work and collaborate with a boutique-sized, passionate, and highly capable team.
You have excellent time management skills and hands-on experience managing a broad spectrum of marketing initiatives including sales tool development, website conceptualization, social media and content marketing programs, design projects, tradeshow strategies, and so much more. It is never boring.
You love to own projects and collaborate with a talented team of peers in a highly respectful way. You can’t wait to hit the ground running and have a passion for a fast-paced and highly nimble work environment. You are extremely detail-oriented, strategically minded and excellent at analyzing opportunities, understanding objectives, foreseeing challenges, problem solving, presenting solutions, and handling a multitude of projects concurrently.
WELL Health is comprised of many businesses, including our WELL Health Medical and Longevity Centres in Vancouver, Calgary, Ottawa, and Montreal. As our successful candidate, you will be at the heart of marketing activity for these clinics and liaising with WELL Health corporate.
WELL Health Medical & Longevity Centres is hiring. This exciting position can be remote or hybrid remote, with preference for hybrid remote (1-2 days/week) in our Vancouver office starting as soon as possible.

Responsibilities
  • Driving marketing projects and programs from initial concept to delivery across multiple platforms
  • Developing, implementing and analyzing our content marketing strategies and tactics across our social media platforms
  • Handling the day to day “unexpected things” that inevitably present themselves in the world we live in. This could mean shifting priorities, and new unanticipated marketing initiatives
  • Closing the loop and being communicative across the team and other parts of the organization to ensure clarity and consistency
  • Applying creative and strategic thinking to projects in collaboration with your team
  • Developing, documenting and managing project parameters including scope, schedule, and budgets
  • Managing, motivating, and ensuring thorough communication with all stakeholders, the Business Development team, and other members of the greater WELL Health family of businesses including the corporate team
  • Proactively communicating with internal clients and other stakeholders about recommendations, risks, challenges, and solutions
  • Monitoring budgets, establishing project plans and processes to avoid scope creep, budget overages, or efficiency issues
  • Delivering projects on time and when challenges arise take steps to mitigate risk, delays, and downside
  • Constantly identifying project risks, requirements, and opportunities
