EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within a B2B context.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms and best practices.
• Excellent copywriting skills with a keen eye for detail in written communication.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities with the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

As a Marketing Coordinator, you’ll support client accounts and play an important role in keeping campaigns moving. You’ll work closely with experienced managers, learning how to shape strategies and deliver results, while ensuring clients feel supported and cared for.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Supporting client onboarding – helping set new clients up for success.
• Assisting with account management – preparing reports, joining client review meetings, and tracking progress.
• Campaign coordination – helping with plans, reviewing deliverables, and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Communication – responding to client needs and capturing feedback for the team.
• Be a team player - help with tasks across the team where colleagues need extra support.
• Learn strategy – contributing ideas and seeing how client goals turn into marketing tactics.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote our products and services.
• Manage and optimise SEO efforts to improve website visibility and search rankings.
• Coordinate marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
• Create engaging content for various channels including social media, email marketing, and website copy.
• Utilise Adobe Photoshop for graphic design tasks related to marketing materials.
• Maintain and update the company website using WordPress, ensuring content is current and relevant.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics and provide actionable insights.
• Manage Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic and increase conversions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all platforms.
• Prepare reports using Microsoft Excel to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and project outcomes.
• Support social media management efforts by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analysing engagement metrics.
• Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
