This is an exciting opportunity for someone to work flexibly, the role is open to and encourages applicants who struggle with the school runs! 10-230pm hrs available.
We are currently seeking a talented individual to ignite our marketing at a successful wedding and events business. The role will be between 10-25hrs a week, this very much depends on the individual and businesses needs.
The role will be target driven with extra financial rewards linked.
Our client is looking to grow in 2026 and is aiming to expand its current offer.
Marketing is a vital component of our organisation’s success as they strive to communicate the highest level of professionalism and quality to potential new Brides and Grooms.
The successful candidate will need to possess a strong understanding of the demographics in the county and beyond, particularly linked to cultures and areas.
As the Marketing Coordinator, you will play an integral role in supporting and driving our clients marketing initiatives across their business. You will work closely with the key members of the team to promote the business in a fantastic light.
For the Marketing Coordinator role we are seeking an individual who is truly passionate about marketing and possesses a strong ‘Can-Do’ attitude. Our ideal candidate will have an exceptional eye for detail and a drive to go the extra mile to ensure the success of our marketing initiatives.

YOU WILL BE EXPECTED DURING THE FIRST INTERVIEW TO PRESENT A MARKETING PLAN SHOWCASING YOUR SKILL SET AND ENABLING THE OWNERS TO SEE HOW YOU PLAN TO PUSH THE BUSINESS FORWARD.

What can you expect to do in the role?

  • Manage marketing campaigns and related collateral- using channels such as web, social media, email.
  • Create accurate and engaging communications.
  • Manage and organise events, exhibitions and conferences that the company host and exhibit at.
  • Support with the maintenance of all websites and social media channels.
  • Take the lead in managing internal video production and photoshoots.
  • An efficient point of contact between key team members.
  • Create and manage sales leads.

Our Ideal candidate will have:

  • A Minimum of 2 year’s Marketing experience
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing, content marketing, email marketing event management, and social media
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and multi tasker
  • A keen eye for detail

Preferred (but not essential) skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, advertising, or communications
  • Familiarity with email marketing, content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
  • Working knowledge of design.
