OVERVIEW

We are seeking a creative and motivated marketing and creative design intern to join our dynamic team. This internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing and design for a production company called Ragland Reign. The ideal candidate will join our team and support efforts in research, proposal development, and visual concept and design treatment. This role focuses on helping prepare and design proposals for large-scale opportunities. It’s an exciting fit for a student or early-career professional with strong research, writing, and design skills who is eager to gain hands-on experience in marketing and creative development.

REQUIREMENTS

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in marketing, graphic design, digital media, or a related field.
• Knowledge or experience using DaVinci Resolve or Fusion or similar tools
• Strong understanding of graphic design principles, including color theory, typography, layout design, and visual design aesthetics.
• Experience or knowledge in motion graphics and video editing is desirable.
• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate ideas effectively.
• A portfolio showcasing your design work is required for application consideration.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Conduct research to support government contract opportunities and large-scale proposals.
• Assist in writing and organizing proposal content that clearly communicates Ragland Reign’s capabilities.
• Create visual treatments, layouts, and concepts to elevate proposals and client presentations.
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and refine creative approaches to proposal design.
• Support graphic design tasks across proposal materials and marketing projects.
• Learn and apply creative tools such as DaVinci Resolve or Fusion to enhance visual deliverables.
• Desired Skills & Qualifications
• Strong research and writing skills, with attention to detail.
• A good design eye and proficiency with graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent).
• Interest in visual effects, motion graphics, or related creative fields.
• Ability to balance multiple tasks, take initiative, and meet deadlines.
• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Film/Visual Effects, or a related field.
