REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in creative strategy, preferably within an agency or performance marketing environment.
  • Experience with multi-location and /or healthcare clients is highly preferred.
  • Deep understanding of paid media creative across platforms (Search, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of direct response marketing and conversion-focused creative.
  • Ability to translate data insights into actionable creative recommendations.
  • Excellent copywriting and briefing skills for designers and production teams.
  • Strong collaboration skills - comfortable working with media buyers, designers, and clients.
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Marketing Creative Strategist, you will play a key role in shaping high-performing paid media campaigns by developing compelling creative strategies. You will leverage your deep understanding of ad formats, direct response marketing, and consumer behavior to craft engaging content that drives results. Working closely with media buyers, designers, and clients, you will guide the production of ad creatives, ensuring they align with marketing objectives and platform best practices. Your expertise in analyzing performance data will allow you to refine creative approaches, staying ahead of industry trends to maximize campaign effectiveness.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop creative strategies for paid media campaigns, including static images, videos, and other formats.
  • Build offer strategies and content calendars to align with marketing objectives and consumer behavior trends.
  • Write detailed design and production briefs to guide the creation of high-performing ad creatives.
  • Review and approve creative assets, ensuring they align with strategy, brand identity, and performance goals.
  • Work alongside a media buyer, ensuring creative execution supports in-platform campaign optimizations.
  • Consult with clients on creative strategy, providing insights and recommendations based on data and best practices.
  • Analyze performance data to iterate and improve creative approaches.
  • Stay ahead of trends in paid media creative, including ad formats, storytelling techniques, and platform best practices.
