This position will handle operative processes on PAYBACK proprietary CRM & Marketing Platform, ensuring they are delivered effectively and with high quality to improve results. The position will also collaborate with Partner Managers, to understand Partner's needs and plan appropriate actions on PAYBACK owned media channels with a focus on performance and return-on-investment based optimization. The ideal candidate has a good knowledge of digital marketing platforms (i.e. email sending, push notification sending, targeting, SMS, etc.), has shown analytical skills and mentality and a proactive attitude. How will you make an impact in this role? Deliver operational tasks with an unparalleled standard of excellence. Analyze data and turn them into insight to guide offer & communication planning. Work together with Partner Manager's to provide marketing services to high-profile B2B partners. Translate your ideas into real campaigns, reach millions of customers, test, learn and optimize. Minimum Qualifications Educated to at the least degree level in Economics, Statistics or similar degrees with quantitative focus 1 or 2 years of experience in working with Digital Marketing Strong interpersonal skills, both in Italian and in English Highly proficient with Excel and PowerPoint Role is based in Rome Employment eligibility to work with American Express in Italy is required as the company will not pursue visa sponsorship for these positions.
