We’ve 5x our revenue, expanded our services offerings and grown our client list exponentially - and we are looking for a motivated and ambitious Marketing & Customer Success (CS) Coordinator to join our client-centric team at Pocketed.
As a Marketing & Customer Success Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring Pocketed’s clients have a seamless and positive experience from initial inquiry to full engagement. You’ll manage client communications and oversee grant writing projects, providing top-tier support to both clients and grant writers. In addition, you’ll contribute to marketing efforts through graphic design and copywriting projects.
This high-impact role supports Marketing, Sales, and Operations, making it ideal for a detail-oriented, creative, and highly productive candidate eager to grow with a fast-scaling company.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong Communicator: Exceptional written and verbal skills with a knack for relationship-building.
  • Detail-Oriented & Organized: Able to prioritize and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Driven & Impact-Oriented: Motivated by goals and thrives in a performance-driven culture.
  • Tech-Savvy: Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and design tools (InDesign, Canva) is a plus.
  • Relevant Background: Experience in customer success, marketing, or grant funding is preferred. A post-secondary education in business, marketing, or a related field is an asset.

    Your Benefits:
    In this role you will work closely with a tight-knit founding team to rapidly design and build new generation solutions to real-world problems. As part of our growth team, you will have the full support of our Head of Growth and our entire growth team.

More specifically, your benefits will include:

  • $50,000 to $60,000, based on your experience.
  • Comprehensive company benefits (premiums are fully paid for by Pocketed).
  • Employee stock options (opportunity to own a piece of what we’re building!).
  • Vacation, sick days (5 days), and up to 5 bonus company days off (2 days at Christmas, 3 days in the summer).
  • Full time position (40 hours / week), working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
  • Remote work arrangement?(our team is distributed across Canada, but we have an office space in Vancouver if you prefer a change of scenery).

Responsibilities

As a Marketing & Customer Success Coordinator, your top priorities will be hunting for new prospects, booking meetings, and helping fill the pipeline for our Account Executives:

  • Customer Success & Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing guidance on funding programs and the grant process. Qualify inbound leads to ensure sales-ready opportunities move forward.
  • Account Management: Monitor customer feedback, proactively address issues, and ensure accurate account records.
  • Copywriting: Craft clear, engaging messaging about grant programs and Pocketed’s services to drive engagement.
  • Graphic Design: Design visual assets (e.g., website elements, emails, presentations) and create compelling content for blogs, newsletters, and campaigns.
  • Performance & Adaptability: Meet and exceed targets, refine messaging based on customer interactions, and contribute insights to improve our offerings.
