Description
We are looking for a Marketing Data Analyst to join our Barbora Data Analytics team. If you’re passionate about turning data into actionable insights and want to work in a motivating, friendly, and ambitious environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you! WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Building data models (AWS Redshift) and Power BI reports. We strive to automate as much as possible. Delivering ad‑hoc deep dives (monthly/weekly/urgent) to explain data/anomalies and recommend concrete actions. Measuring marketing performance across Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia. Tracking core KPIs, quantifying the impact of coupons, gifts, SMS, emails, and newsletters. Analyzing paid‑ads performance. Comparing channels (e.g. search, social, display), tracking return on ad spend and customer acquisition cost. Building and maintaining client profiling and segmentation to deliver a full customer picture for targeting and personalization. Owning end‑to‑end journey analytics: measure churns, test improvements to grow conversion and retention. Measuring market share size. Running marketing revenue analytics. Communicating insights clearly to marketing and cross‑functional stakeholders, keeping reporting reproducible. WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED 2+ years in business analytics. Experience in marketing/e-commerce is an advantage. Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Qlik, Tableu, Quicksight, etc.). Power BI is a plus. Proficiency in SQL. Experience with Python, R, Matlab is a plus. Excellent English (written/spoken). Ownership and autonomy in a fast‑moving, result driven environment. Collaborative and organized working style.
