We are seeking a Marketing Data Analyst to add value to our team! This position will play an important role in the success of the marketing and sales teams at Black Duck and is based in our Burlington, MA office. The ideal candidate is someone with an interest in managing/analyzing data and uncovering insights with data science for our sales/marketing funnel. Success means rolling up your sleeves and putting your math, mind and creative energies to work. You must thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate analytical as well as collaboration and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities: Support organization’s data management and analytics initiatives, including the development and maintenance of KPI dashboards, data integration, SLA tracking and analyzing marketing and sales campaign performance. In addition you will help analyze marketing campaign KPI achievement. Assist with creating and maintaining reports for website operations. This includes generating insights on website traffic/conversion rates and related campaigns in Paid Search, Paid Social, Display and SEO channels. Help with maintaining data quality within Salesforce.com and marketing automation systems to ensure accurate measurement Support the demand generation, marketing operations, sales, product marketing and customer success teams in the measurement of integrated campaigns Become proficient in Black Duck product knowledge, use cases and best practices Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, data science, analytics, statistics, computer science, economics, marketing, business, sales or related field 1-2 years working in a data-science/analytics role with a marketing focus Knowledge BI visualization tool and experience with web analytics software Knowledge of SQL, preprocessing (e.g. Unix/Python), and statistical analysis (Python) Salesforce experience preferred Analytical skills Creative problem solver Written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines Organized and detail-oriented Experience in B2B technology a plus The base salary range across the U.S. for this role is between $64100-$96200. In addition, this role is eligible for a bonus. Black Duck offers a competitive total rewards package. The actual compensation offered will be based on a number of job-related factors, including location, skills, experience, and education.
