JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Marketing Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting marketing data to provide actionable insights that drive decision-making, optimize campaigns, and improve ROI. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in data visualization tools, and the ability to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio).
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM and digital marketing channels.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear, actionable manner.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Experience with Python or R for data analysis.
  • Knowledge of predictive modeling and machine learning techniques.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.).

Responsibilities
  • Collect, clean, and analyze marketing data from multiple sources (Google Analytics, CRM, social media, email campaigns, SEO/SEM, etc.).
  • Monitor and evaluate marketing campaign performance, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop dashboards and reports using tools such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to measure KPIs and track campaign ROI.
  • Perform market research and competitor analysis to support strategic planning.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance customer acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies.
  • Support A/B testing, segmentation, and audience analysis.
  • Maintain data accuracy and integrity across all marketing platforms.
