Responsibilities

AWESOME! BUT WHAT WILL MY NEW ROLE BE?

In this role, you’ll work at the intersection of data and marketing, analyzing and interpreting data from a wide variety of marketing channels such as ads, social media, website performance, webinars, events, and more. Your insights will drive decision-making, shape marketing strategies, and optimize performance across the organization.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from various marketing sources (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, social platforms, events, webinars).
  • Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, SQL, and Access.
  • Providing actionable insights to optimize campaign performance and achieve marketing goals.
  • Collaborating with Performance Marketing and other teams (Content, Events, Commercial Revenue Operations) to align on data-driven strategies.
  • Monitoring and reporting on KPIs, campaign ROI, and trends to guide both short-term and long-term planning.
  • Identifying areas of opportunity and proposing data-informed strategies for growth and efficiency.

SURE, SOUNDS EXCITING! HOW CAN I BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE?

You have experience in marketing data analysis or a related field, with proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and Microsoft Access. Strong knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Ads dashboards, as well as analytical and problem-solving skills, are essential. Experience visualizing data for non-technical stakeholders and strong collaboration skills are also key.
Preferred qualifications include experience in performance marketing or commercial revenue operations, familiarity with A/B testing, and additional data visualization tools.
If you’re collaborative, curious, and eager to learn, you’ll thrive in our supportive and creative environment.
