A Glimpse into the Role We’re looking for a Marketing Analytics Specialist to join our analytics team and help with our marketing performance measurement. Reporting directly to the Head of Analytics, you’ll work closely with marketing, product, and engineering to ensure we have accurate, reliable insights into how our campaigns perform. Since our product is a custom solution, tracking and attribution are more complex than usual. You’ll play a key role in assisting with managing our hybrid tracking setup (pixels + API integrations), ensuring that every campaign touchpoint is captured, modeled, and understood What You Will Do Key Responsibilities Own campaign performance reporting across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, StackAdapt, AdRoll, Google Ads, display, and programmatic networks with more to follow not excluding offline data. Manage and improve Tableau dashboards (with flexibility for other BI tools) that surface key KPIs like CAC, ROAS, LTV, and attribution splits. Work with Amazon Redshift (marketing data) and GCP BigQuery (GA4 data) to run queries, join datasets, and build analysis pipelines. Maintain accuracy of GTM, GA4, and hybrid pixel + API integrations in a SPA environment (e.g virtual pageviews, event tracking, attribution). Support testing and optimization initiatives (A/B tests, incrementality, channel mix). Present insights and recommendations clearly to the marketing and leadership teams. Implement, audit, and troubleshoot GTM setups to ensure accurate event tracking, pixel fires, and data flow across all platforms. Support setup and integration of new marketing platforms, as necessary, ensuring alignment between GTM, GA4, and channel APIs. What We’re Looking For (requirements) Required Experience 2 - 4 years of hands-on experience in marketing analytics, digital analytics, or growth/performance analysis. Experience working with Single Page Applications and understanding their unique tracking challenges. Solid SQL skills (Redshift + BigQuery preferred). Strong knowledge of Tableau or similar BI tools. Comfort with GTM, GA4, and API-based integrations. Familiarity with multi-channel paid media platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Google Ads, programmatic, etc.). Strong communicator who can translate technical findings into actionable insights. Bonus Points For: Experience with attribution modeling, incrementality testing, or MMM. Exposure to data engineering workflows (ETL, pipelines, API integrations). Hands-on experience configuring SPA tracking (history state changes, virtual events, etc.) You’re data-obsessed but pragmatic; you focus on what actually drives business outcomes. You’re comfortable in the weeds (SQL, dashboards, debugging, tracking) but can zoom out for strategy. You collaborate well with marketers, engineers, and product managers.
