Description

We’re looking for a Marketing Data Analyst who’s excited to build our marketing analytics function from the ground up and help us scale to millions of investors across Europe.

YOUR PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND BACKGROUND:

  • Proven experience as a data or marketing analyst, ideally in a high-growth environment or digital-first business.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and Python; hands-on experience with BI tools (PowerBI preferred).
  • Familiarity with marketing platforms such as Braze and GA4, and a solid understanding of lifecycle marketing.
  • Deep analytical thinking paired with the ability to communicate insights clearly and simply.
  • A track record of working independently, taking ownership, and driving results from ambiguity.
  • Experience with or interest in predictive modeling and marketing experimentation is a big plus.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As the Marketing Data Analyst, you will be a critical force behind data-driven growth at Mintos. You will lay the foundation for scalable, insight-driven marketing operations and enable smart decision-making through segmentation, predictive analytics, and performance reporting.

You will:

  • Develop and maintain robust customer segmentation based on behavioral, transactional, and demographic data.
  • Analyze customer journeys to identify lifecycle milestones, churn risks, and opportunities for re-engagement and retention.
  • Partner with engineering and marketing to enable machine learning models and Next Best Action frameworks that enhance personalization.
  • Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and performance tracking systems across lifecycle KPIs and marketing incentives.
  • Empower the marketing team with self-serve analytics, experimentation support, and ad-hoc insights for strategic decisions.
