We are on the lookout for a Marketing Data Analyst to join our Data Analytics Department. Responsibilities: Analyze and evaluate effectiveness of retargeting, performance, and media campaigns. Perform user segmentation, prepare samples, and analyze audience behavior across funnels. Validate data quality in sources and data marts; ensure correctness and completeness of marketing data. Work with new data sources: understand structure, export logic, and ensure proper data consistency. Maintain and update existing dashboards (metrics, filters, visualizations). Support automation of recurring analytical processes and reporting. Participate in preparation, execution, and analysis of A/B tests. Collaborate with marketing/ crm/ media buying teams to deliver actionable recommendations. Strong SQL skills (JOINs, GROUP BY, subqueries, basic window functions). Understanding of data structures and experience with BI tools (Tableau / Power BI / Looker Studio). Strong understanding of how advertising platforms work: impressions, clicks, attribution, event tracking. Solid knowledge of marketing metrics (ROI, CTR, CPM, CPC, CPA, etc.). Attention to detail, accuracy with numbers, and analytical thinking. Willingness to learn new tools and analytical approaches. Nice-to-Have: Experience with advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, programmatic). Python skills for data analysis (pandas, numpy, matplotlib, seaborn). Experience building small automations or analytical pipelines. understanding of A/B testing methodology. English - B2 / Russian - native. Enjoy 3 health days to focus on your well-being.
