Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a technically skilled and commercially minded Marketing Analytics Engineer with experience of CRM migration and integration. The successful candidate will work with the rest of our Data function to implement and leverage marketing effectiveness analytics as a key part of our growth strategy.
This role sits in the Data & Insights department and reports to the Senior Data Engineer for Event Streaming.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design and develop scalable and efficient data pipelines to collect, process, and analyse large datasets in support of marketing initiatives
  • Develop and maintain complex data models and algorithms to forecast customer behaviour, predict sales trends, and optimise marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and customer success, to integrate insights into marketing strategies
  • Develop and maintain documentation of data models, algorithms, and pipelines for future reference and knowledge sharing
