Job Overview:
As a Marketing Data and Analytics Specialist you will be responsible for driving data-driven decision-making within our marketing department. This position requires a highly analytical individual with a strong understanding of data analysis techniques and tools

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, marketing, or a related field
• 1+ years digital marketing experience

• Data Collection and Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources, including customer databases, marketing campaigns, and web analytics.
• Data Visualization: Create clear and informative data visualizations (e.g., dashboards, charts, graphs) to communicate insights effectively.
• Marketing Performance Analysis: Measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives by analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to marketing teams.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing teams to provide data-driven insights and support strategic decision-making.
• Coordinate tasks and communicate information to departments and team members.
• Manage multiple projects through the customer journey, ensuring timely delivery.
