Description Dannible & McKee, LLP, a leading certified public accounting and consulting firm in Upstate New York, is seeking a part-time Marketing Data & CRM Analyst to join our marketing team. This role will support marketing and sales alignment by ensuring accurate data, delivering actionable insights, streamlining reporting processes and assisting with business development initiatives. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, data-driven and experienced in CRM and sales systems, particularly HubSpot. This part-time position may be based in person from any of our Upstate New York offices or fully remote for a qualified candidate outside the region. Requirements Duties and Responsibilities: Manage, maintain and continuously improve the marketing contact database, ensuring data accuracy, completeness and compliance. Monitor CRM and sales activity reports, analyzing trends and identifying opportunities for improved pipeline management and lead nurturing. Partner with marketing and sales teams to design and deliver actionable dashboards and reports measuring campaign performance, lead quality, ROI and business development initiatives. Develop core marketing analytics frameworks, including marketing attribution models, customer segmentation, marketing mix modeling and campaign measurement. Provide insights and recommendations to optimize targeting, segmentation and campaign effectiveness. Train and support users on HubSpot CRM and marketing automation best practices to maximize adoption, data quality and system efficiency. Support business development by analyzing lead sources, identifying high-potential prospects and providing insights to improve sales outreach. Communicate complex findings effectively to different audiences, both written and verbal. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing analytics or CRM/database management. Strong technical proficiency with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools; HubSpot experience preferred. Advanced Excel skills and analytical skills Detail-oriented, proactive and solution-focused. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across marketing, sales and IT teams. Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines and learn new tools quickly.
