JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented Marketing & Data Entry Assistant to support our team with both administrative and marketing-related tasks. This dual-role position requires someone who is equally comfortable with accurate data management as well as creative marketing research and content gathering. The ideal candidate is organized, digitally fluent, and eager to contribute across multiple functions.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry.
  • Comfortable with research, online browsing, and summarizing findings.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and familiar with online tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and a quick learner.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a similar data entry or marketing assistant role is a plus.
  • Familiarity with social media, content platforms, or CRM systems is an advantage.
