POSITION SUMMARY:

We’re looking for a strategic, business-oriented Marketing Data Insights Analyst to lead and evolve our marketing analytics function. In this role, you’ll serve as the central force driving performance intelligence across our digital ecosystem—translating complex data into clear, actionable insights that directly influence digital strategy, media investments, and user experience optimization. Your work will shape how we assess the value of our omnichannel marketing efforts, optimize web journeys, and align KPIs to business outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Lead performance analysis across all digital channels—including paid media, SEO, email, social, and web—to deliver high-impact insights that guide strategic decisions
  • Monitor web performance data (traffic sources, conversion paths, engagement, bounce rates) and develop strategic narratives around user behavior
  • Identify trends, performance gaps, and growth opportunities across campaigns and digital touchpoints
  • Own the development and refinement of marketing dashboards and executive reporting using Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI
  • Translate complex analytics into compelling, stakeholder-ready insights tailored to brand, UX, content, and executive audiences
  • Partner with brand and digital strategy leads to define KPIs, set benchmarks, and assess success against business objectives
  • Drive post-campaign evaluation and support pre-launch strategy through data modeling and historical analysis
  • Ensure high data quality through rigorous QA processes, validation routines, and accurate tagging/reporting frameworks
  • Work closely with technical teams (data engineering, digital ops) to optimize marketing data infrastructure and streamline data pipelines
  • Champion a culture of data-driven decision-making within the marketing organization
