Description

KEY PRIORITIES

  • Performance Measurement & Reporting – Assess marketing effectiveness, establish KPIs, and generate reports on campaign impact. Interpret and communicate insights with clear reasoning and methodologies.
  • Marketing Data Analysis – Collect, process, and analyse marketing data to support strategic insights, competitor analysis, and campaign performance. Ensure data accuracy, governance, and quality assurance.
  • ⁠Market Research & Insights – Analyse market research data, linking insights to business and marketing performance. Evaluate market trends, competitors, and consumer behaviour to drive strategic decisions.
  • ⁠M-ROI & Data Processing – Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, clean, and process data for marketing measurement tools, including MMM and consumer insights platforms.
  • ⁠Marketing Planning & Forecasting – Support data-driven planning, forecasting, and business strategy.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Education – Tertiary qualification in marketing, statistics, business analytics, or a related field.
  • Experience – 3+ years in research, analytics, reporting, or media mix modelling, ideally in an agency, media, or publishing environment.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

  • Data Analysis – Strong analytical skills with expertise in Excel, SQL, Python, SPSS, SAS, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).
  • Marketing & Media – Understanding of marketing strategies, media channels, creative success metrics, and platforms like Google Marketing Stack.
  • Technical Proficiency – Experience with VBA, MS Access, SQL, and predictive modeling for marketing analytics.
  • Data Governance – Strong adherence to data management, governance, and quality assurance practices.
Responsibilities

Responsible for collecting, analysing, and interpreting market and marketing data to provide insights that drive strategy, planning, and optimization. Key tasks include data processing, competitor analysis, segmentation, campaign performance evaluation, and business forecasting. Supporting a dynamic marketing team that is operating as an In-house agency model.
