Responsibilities

As a Marketing Data Manager, you will be responsible for utilizing advanced analytical methods, AI, and machine learning to develop data-driven marketing strategies. You will apply data science expertise to optimize marketing efforts, enhance customer experiences, and contribute to the development of generative AI technologies to support creative, dynamic and personalized campaigns.
This role requires both technical expertise in data science and a deep understanding of marketing needs, as well as a passion for exploring and applying AI in innovative ways.
As our Marketing Data Manager, your key responsibilities include, but may not be limited to:

Data Science & Analytics

  • Develop and implement advanced data dashboards, models and algorithms to analyze customer behavior, campaign performance and market trends.
  • Analyze large datasets to uncover insights and trends that drive strategic decisions across digital and traditional marketing channels.
  • Use statistical analysis and machine learning models to predict customer preferences, behavior and lifetime value.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to provide data-driven insights that support campaign strategies and optimize digital content.

Generative AI for Marketing

  • Work closely with the marketing and tech teams to design and deploy generative AI models that help automate content creation, personalized messaging and product recommendations.
  • Implement generative models (such as GPT, GANs, or similar technologies) to generate creative content that aligns with brand voice and marketing objectives.
  • Research and explore the latest trends in generative AI to develop innovative solutions that improve marketing personalization and engagement.
  • Test and fine-tune AI models to ensure high-quality, scalable, and efficient output for marketing purposes.

Collaboration & Strategy

  • Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product, engineering) to align AI initiatives with business goals.
  • Communicate data insights, AI-driven findings, and model results to non-technical stakeholders clearly and effectively.
  • Work with creative teams to integrate data science and AI models into marketing content and campaigns seamlessly.

Ensure AI solutions meet ethical guidelines, are transparent, and offer insights that drive value for both the customer and the business.
