Join Chase’s dynamic Marketing & Communications team to shape customer engagement through innovative, data-driven campaigns. As a Marketing Delivery Associate Senior in Consumer & Community Banking, you leverage your expertise in marketing automation to design, implement, and optimize solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You lead a team of marketing technologists and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver personalized, data-driven campaigns that enhance customer engagement and drive business growth. Job responsibilities Lead the end-to-end implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, and deployment. Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications, social, etc.) using Marketing Cloud tools such as Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Mobile Studio. Integrate Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM and other data sources to enable seamless data flow and personalized customer experiences. Oversee data management, segmentation, and audience targeting strategies to maximize campaign effectiveness. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of Marketing Cloud specialists and developers. Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices in marketing automation. Stay current with Salesforce Marketing Cloud updates, new features, and industry trends. Demonstrate and promote J.P. Morgan’s leadership values by driving business results, setting high standards for execution, and fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Proven experience designing and executing complex, multi-channel marketing campaigns. Strong understanding of Marketing Cloud modules: Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, Contact Builder, and Audience Builder. Experience with AMPscript, SQL, and scripting languages for dynamic content and data manipulation. Familiarity with integrating Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM and external data sources via APIs. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Strong communication and leadership abilities, with experience managing or mentoring a team. Knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.) and best practices in marketing automation. Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (e.g., Email Specialist, Consultant, Developer, Administrator) strongly preferred.
