We’re looking for a data-driven, creative, and results-oriented Demand Generation Manager to take the lead in building and executing campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue growth. In this role, you’ll own the strategy and execution of integrated marketing programs to attract, nurture, and convert leads across channels. You’ll work cross-functionally with content, product marketing, sales, and operations to create demand, accelerate the buyer journey, and fuel our next stage of growth.
This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work both remotely and from our office in Kanata 3 days per week. Spending time in the office provides a unique opportunity to connect with a dynamic team, share insights, and immerse yourself in a collaborative environment where ideas thrive and energy is contagious.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns, including email, paid media, SEO, webinars, and content syndication.
  • Test new acquisition channels and tactics to unlock growth opportunities.
  • Drive the development and execution of marketing plans, partner programs, virtual training events, and campaigns to enable business growth, generate leads, and increase awareness of solutions.
  • Plan and execute virtual events to drive pipeline creation and acceleration, and build a customer community.
  • Report on KPIs and make recommendations to the business to improve those KPIs to accelerate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and drive results.
  • Own and optimize the marketing funnel—driving MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline growth
  • Partner with Sales to align on ICP, campaign priorities, lead scoring, and follow-up strategy.
  • Manage the marketing tech stack (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads) and campaign performance tracking.
  • Analyze campaign performance, uncover insights, and continuously iterate to improve conversion rates and ROICollaborate with content and product marketing to develop compelling offers and assets that support campaigns.
