This is a chance to make a direct impact by shaping go-to-market initiatives and accelerating market growth. \n Accountabilities: The Marketing Demand Generation Manager will own demand-generation initiatives from strategy to execution, driving qualified pipeline growth through localized campaigns, market insights, and cross-functional collaboration. Develop and execute end-to-end demand-generation strategies aligned with pipeline and growth objectives. Build and optimize full-funnel marketing programs, measuring performance and continuously improving results through data analysis. Manage and coordinate initiatives across SEO, Google Ads, paid social, events, PR, and media relations. Create and adapt marketing content, including articles, presentations, email campaigns, sales materials, and web pages for the Brazilian audience. Collaborate with sales teams to define go-to-market plans and strengthen demand-generation processes. Provide market intelligence on customer behavior, competitors, and local media trends to support strategic decisions. Partner with international marketing teams to adapt global initiatives to local market needs. Quickly adjust priorities based on business needs while maintaining ownership of outcomes. Support brand awareness and relationship-building initiatives within the Brazilian market. Requirements: The ideal candidate has strong B2B SaaS marketing experience, a demand-generation mindset, and the ability to execute campaigns independently in a dynamic environment. 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with strong knowledge of the Brazilian market, buyer behavior, media landscape, and competitive environment. Proven experience managing full-funnel demand-generation strategies focused on measurable business results. Hands-on experience with SEO, Google Ads, paid social media, events, PR, media relations, and content localization. Ability to create marketing strategies while also executing campaigns directly. Fluent English proficiency for daily collaboration with international teams. Native or fluent Portuguese communication skills with excellent written and verbal abilities. Strong Spanish proficiency is a plus for regional collaboration. Experience working with tools such as Google Ads, Semrush, HubSpot, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Claude, Canva, or Photoshop. Data-driven approach with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Self-motivated, relationship-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
