SUMMARY

We’re seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our fast-paced Marketing Department at Howard Hanna Rand Realty, supporting a diverse group of real estate, mortgage, title, and insurance professionals across multiple states. This role serves as the operational hub for marketing activities, keeping projects, communications, events, and vendor relationships on track.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS PREFERRED:

  • 2+ years in an administrative, project coordination, or marketing support role
  • Strong proficiency with Google Workspace tools (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Forms)
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word and Excel) is a plus.
  • Experience with vendor platforms (e.g., signage ordering systems, promotional product vendors)
  • Real estate industry experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for office managers submitting recurring and one-off advertising or promotional requests (e.g., print ads, billboards, recruiting campaigns).
  • Track deadlines, manage internal approvals, and submit final materials to external vendors.
  • Confirm vendor placement and delivery of materials.
