Description

We are looking for a Marketing Design & Communications Officer to work on a part time basis (22.5hrs per week) with a flexible working pattern.
The main duties of the role are:
To support the campaign and projects manager with the implementation and monitoring of a strategic plan for St Helena Hospice that will raise the organisation’s profile, potential profit and image.
Contribute to the delivery of marketing and communications across St Helena Hospice, promoting services and fundraising activities to individuals, organisations and corporate bodies in line with strategic goals.
Assist in the development and delivery of marketing and communications plans for a programme of events and other projects.
Support with the design artwork for campaigns and communications
1. Marketing and communication skills: An individual who has a good understanding of core marketing and communication skills. Who has the ability to write strong content and adapt this for different audiences.
2. Graphic Design skills: The candidate should have a strong understanding of graphic design, have a creative flare and use initiative when supporting the business with projects and campaigns.
3. Stewardship and relationship management: Strong communication skills are essential for connecting with stakeholders, both internal and external to encourage brand loyalty and to adhere to brand guidelines.
4. Creativity and innovation: An individual who can generate innovative ideas for content creation, campaign development, and event promotion while maintaining brand consistency.
5. Team player: Demonstrates strong collaborative skills and a commitment to working effectively with colleagues across departments to achieve shared goals and objectives.
