Description Marketing Designer On-site • Full-Time We’re looking for a Marketing Designer with a strong creative eye and a passion for visual storytelling to join our growing team. You’ll design the look and feel of Groundcover’s brand across digital and print channels — from social campaigns and website assets to event materials and product visuals. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for a designer who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and loves bringing ideas to life. What You’ll Do Own the creation of visual assets across marketing channels — including social media, website, email, and paid campaigns. Translate complex ideas into simple, beautiful, and compelling visual narratives. Collaborate closely with Growth, Content, and Product Marketing teams to ensure consistent brand storytelling. Design presentations, one-pagers, and visuals that make our brand and product shine. Contribute to creative direction, helping evolve and maintain groundcover’s brand identity. Support event design — from signage to swag to digital assets. Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices in SaaS and tech. Requirements 3+ years of design experience, ideally in a fast-paced startup or tech company. A portfolio showcasing a strong sense of brand, layout, and digital design. Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and modern design tools. A collaborative mindset - you love working across teams to create cohesive campaigns. Strong attention to detail, ability to balance multiple projects, and a proactive, get-it-done attitude. Bonus: skilled in illustration and familiar with AI-driven design workflows
