ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a Marketing & Design Manager to handle Aramid Capital’s branding, communications, product materials and digital presence. This role combines advanced design expertise with strategic marketing capabilities, ensuring professional, high-quality content and visuals for the firm across all channels.
The ideal candidate will be proficient using design tools and the have the ability to support the firm’s business development efforts through inputs into its marketing strategy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Enforce company design chart and maintain brand guideline consistency across all communication channels
Manage and frequently update the corporate website (design, UX, and content)
Coordinate with the investment team to enhance product and services digital content
Implement SEO and analytics to measure performance and client interaction
Design and distribute newsletters, client updates, and marketing emails via CRM platforms (Zoho Campaigns or similar)
Oversee social media (LinkedIn primarily), including content creation, scheduling, and analytics
Plan and manage participation in investment events in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, including booth design, logistics, and branding presence
Coordinate with vendors, event organizers, and internal stakeholders
Design and execute targeted advertising campaigns (digital and print)
Track ROI and prepare regular performance reports for management
