The Marketing Design Specialist will have a strong foundation in design principles, a passion for creativity, and a willingness to learn.   • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
  • 24 years of experience in graphic design or marketing design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your design process and outcomes
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, Adobe XD, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of design principles, layout, color theory, and typography
  • Experience in graphic design for print and other marketing materials
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record
  • Must be selfmotivated with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks while staying organized
  • Has the ability to think critically and solve problems when unexpected situations arise
  • Must be flexible to accommodate changes in business strategies
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word)
  • Must be trustworthy and dependable
  • Ability to travel to and attend events and engagements.
  • Flexibility in working hours to accommodate events outside of standard business hours.

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Basic Knowledge of HTML/CSS
  • Experience with motion graphics or shortform video editing (e.g., After Effects, Premier Pro).
  • Ability to analyze design performance metrics and make datainformed improvements.
  • Experience working within brand systems and corporate design environments.

Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute visual concepts for marketing campaigns, social media, website design, email marketing, advertising, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with all departments to design creative assets that align with company goals and brand standards.
  • Create highquality visuals for both digital and print formats, including brochures, signage, display ads, and internal communications.
  • Maintain consistency in visual identity across all channels and ensure brand guidelines are followed.
  • Design engaging visuals that enhance user experience and drive conversions.
  • Prepare final artwork for web and print production, ensuring all files are optimized and correctly formatted.
  • Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design output and innovation.
  • Conduct consumer research to ensure designs meet target audience and user experience goals.
  • Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and offer visual insight to support project planning.
  • Other duties assigned by your supervisor.

  • This position will work at the corporate office as well as occasionally outdoors for some events.
  • Must be able to maintain a flexible fulltime schedule, including working evenings and weekends as needed.
  • This position may require some travel.
  • Hours of work include, but are not limited to, the hours of operation. Current hours of operation are 7days a week, 7:30 am9 pm, closing only on December 25th
