IPRally is a hypergrowth startup transforming how innovative companies search, analyze, and understand patents using proprietary AI. Our customers include Fortune-500 R&D teams, global industrials, law firms, and patent offices, and we’re now scaling our marketing team by looking for a marketing designer who cares about design craft, someone who wants to create and build, not manage. You’ll be an integral part of the marketing team and also work closely with our product design team to own and elevate the visual identity of IPRally across marketing channels. This is a hands-on individual contributor role for someone who enjoys making things and shaping brand direction through design. What you'd do Own and elevate the visual identity of IPRally across marketing channels - from the website and landing pages to campaigns, events, print, presentations and social media. Design and iterate high-impact marketing assets, for patent professionals who need precision over prettiness Contribute to and evolve our marketing & brand design system, ensuring consistency, scalability, and a cohesive brand experience across all touchpoints Collaborate with marketing, product and engineering to craft experiences that drive engagement, conversion, and brand trust Do whatever needs doing: vibe coding, prospect research, supporting GTM strategy. This is a startup, so you roll up your sleeves and change tires if that's what it takes to ship. You'd thrive if You care about crafting exceptional experiences for prospects and users You stand by your ideas but change your mind when the facts do You see a 50-person company as a place where you can shape things directly You're a bit of a nerd who gets curious about complex domains You're genuinely curious about AI and how humans should interact with it You value shipping over perfecting What you need 3+ years of experience in marketing, brand, or visual design - ideally at a tech company, agency, or high-growth startup A strong portfolio showcasing marketing design work across multiple mediums (web, digital, campaigns, social, print, motion, etc.) Expertise in modern web & design tools (emphasis on Webflow, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) and comfort working in fast-paced, iterative environments A deep understanding of brand systems, typography, layout, and visual storytelling Familiarity with growth marketing principles, conversion design, and performance metrics Ability to work cross-functionally with confidence, not ego It would be a bonus if you Have familiarity with motion design, animation, or lightweight prototyping Have exceptional Figma and/or Webflow skills Have a keen interest in AI and emerging technologies Have experience working in a high-growth, venture-backed startup environment The recruitment process We like to keep our process simple and transparent.
