Job Summary: We’re looking for a Marketing Designer who will work closely with the performance marketing team to execute high-performing creatives across ads, website, and sales assets. This is not a brand design role. This is a performance-driven role focused on speed, clarity, and conversion. Must Have Skills Strong design fundamentals (layout, typography, hierarchy, clarity) · Experience designing performance marketing creatives (B2B preferred) · Ability to translate messaging into compelling visuals (without needing to create the messaging) · High-speed execution mindset (ability to produce multiple variations quickly) · Basic understanding of: CTR, CVR, Funnel stages (awareness, retargeting, conversion) · Working familiarity with generative AI / text-to-design tools (e.g. Midjourney, DALL·E, Canva AI, etc.) to accelerate creative production Good to Have Skills · Motion design / light animation for ads · Experience working with landing page optimization (CRO mindset) · Familiarity with user behavior tools (Hotjar, Clarity, GA4) Key Responsibilities 1. Performance Marketing Assets (Primary Focus) · Create ad creatives for LinkedIn, Google, and Meta · Translate hooks and messaging provided by the performance team into strong visual creatives · Rapidly iterate on multiple variations of creatives · Maintain consistency across campaigns while testing new formats 2. Website & Conversion Assets · Design landing page sections and visual components to improve conversion rates · Improve clarity, hierarchy, and usability of key pages · Work with the marketing team to continuously optimize user experience 3.
