We are seeking a talented and driven Creative Marketing Designer to join our fast-growing Marketing team. Ready to join Riverside's A-list, intimate creative squad? We're a diverse mix of talent, think creative, video, design, and motion design. We're on the hunt for an exceptional Marketing Designer. In this role, you'll blend hands-on execution with ownership, leading various design projects from sleek web pages to high-impact performance campaign assets. You'll be reporting directly to the Creative Team Director, giving you a clear path to make a huge and immediate impact. What you’ll do: Design Ownership & Execution: Work on both brand and performance marketing assets, owning design projects from the initial brief through to launch and optimization. Visual Storytelling: Master the art of visual storytelling. Deeply understand the audience's pain points and translate them into effective, high-converting visual assets across web pages, landing pages, sponsored ads, branded content, social media, and email campaigns. Drive Performance: Focus on design thinking and execution that actively drives conversion and lead generation efforts. Brand Consistency: Design and create engaging assets for diverse online campaigns, ensuring absolute brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels. Collaboration & Iteration: Collaborate effectively with key cross-functional teams like Product Marketing Managers (PMMs), Growth, and Developers in a fast-paced, iterative workspace, applying feedback and data-driven insights to continuously improve design performance. Requirements Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in marketing design in a startup or agency. Conceptual & Detail-Oriented: A conceptual designer with a strong portfolio, a deep understanding of performance marketing, UI/UX and excellent eye for typography, and meticulous attention to details. Proactive & Investigative: Naturally investigative, comfortable with ambiguity, and driven to seek out answers and information. You are up-to-date with the latest design trends and passionate about continuous learning. Project Leadership: A self-motivated team player with the ability to work independently, leading projects from the concept stage through to the final details and optimization, and with the ability to take pragmatic decisions that push the project forward. Tool Proficiency: Expert proficiency in core design tools including Figma, Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator. Experience with After Effects & Premiere Pro is a strong advantage. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
