SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Experience: 5-7 years in marketing design, preferably in a B2B SaaS or tech environment.
Design Tools: Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
Web & UX/UI Knowledge: Familiarity with HubSpot is a plus.
Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to design for conversion and engagement, not just aesthetics.
Collaboration: Experience working with marketing, sales, and product teams.
Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing B2B marketing assets and digital designs.
