SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Experience: 5-7 years in marketing design, preferably in a B2B SaaS or tech environment.
Design Tools: Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
Web & UX/UI Knowledge: Familiarity with HubSpot is a plus.
Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to design for conversion and engagement, not just aesthetics.
Collaboration: Experience working with marketing, sales, and product teams.
Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing B2B marketing assets and digital designs.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Marketing Designer, you’ll play a key role in our demand generation, product marketing, and content efforts.
Your mission is to create visually compelling assets that drive engagement, conversions, and brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Brand & Visual Identity
  • Maintain and refine our brand guidelines to ensure a cohesive visual identity.
  • Design a range of marketing materials, including landing pages, banners, emails, and paid ads.
  • Elevate and modernize our website design for a seamless user experience.
  • Conversion-Optimized Design
  • Collaborate with the demand generation team to create high-converting marketing assets.
  • Optimize website visuals, CTAs, and lead-generation forms to improve engagement.
  • Use A/B testing and performance data to refine and iterate on designs.
  • Content & Campaign Design
  • Support the content marketing team with visuals for blogs, whitepapers, reports, case studies, and social media.
  • Design engaging slide decks, infographics, and presentations for sales and webinars.
  • Create compelling assets for product launches, email campaigns, and digital ads.
  • Multimedia & Motion Graphics
  • Develop animations, GIFs, and video assets to enhance marketing campaigns.
