Description

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Development Manager to lead and execute the marketing and promotional initiatives across all properties under the Park Hall Hotel. This role is responsible for developing marketing strategies, managing brand positioning, and supporting event and campaign execution to enhance visibility, engagement, and commercial performance.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in marketing, event management, or a similar role within the hospitality or service industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinker with a results-driven approach.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, marketing platforms, and content creation tools.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to support the growth and positioning of the brand.
  • Lead the planning and execution of conferences, seminars, networking events, and in-house promotions.
  • Manage end-to-end event logistics including venue coordination, supplier liaison, delegate management, and post-event analysis.
  • Oversee all marketing communications related to meetings, conferences, and events.
  • Drive digital marketing initiatives including website content, social media strategy, email marketing campaigns, and digital advertising.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to produce engaging marketing content and ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Develop promotional materials, presentations, and digital assets to support campaigns and business development efforts.
  • Liaise with creative agencies and print suppliers to manage timelines and ensure quality production of marketing materials.
  • Monitor and report on campaign and event performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimise ROI.
  • Maintain and update marketing databases, tracking tools, and campaign calendars.
  • Ensure all marketing and promotional efforts align with brand standards and organisational goals.
