Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

In this position you deliver the strategic and operational marketing agenda for UCB’s Rare and Epilepsy portfolio in Germany. This role combines therapeutic area knowledge with a strong focus on digital execution, omnichannel engagement, and innovative marketing solutions.
The incumbent contributes to the development and implementation of integrated marketing and digital activities that maximize patient value, support commercial success, and align with EU and global objectives.

INTERESTED? FOR THIS ROLE WE’RE LOOKING FOR THE FOLLOWING EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Digital Marketing, Life Sciences, Marketing, or Business)
  • 3-5 years in relevant marketing positions, preferably within the healthcare sector
  • Web-based solutions; Content Management; SEA, SEO and Social Media Marketing; Mobile Solutions and CRM
  • Ability to analyze data to draw conclusions and make effective decisions and impactful local plans
  • Experience with agile methodologies, digital transformation projects and classic project management methods
