This role requires hands-on ownership of the full direct mail campaign lifecycle—including proofing, production coordination, version control, and deadline management. The Channel Coordinator collaborates with internal teams and external vendors to ensure flawless execution, brand compliance, and on-time delivery of all print marketing assets. We are seeking a highly motivated professional who will shape and scale the direct mail channel into a best-in-class performance engine. The Day-to-Day Attention to Detail Ensure accuracy and consistency in campaign execution, reporting, and content delivery to maintain brand integrity and compliance. Collaborate with content and design teams to produce high-quality, print-ready artwork, or independently update creative files to meet campaign specifications and branding standards. Campaign Execution & Fulfillment Manage end-to-end fulfillment of compliant, and effective direct mail campaigns in a timely manner. Track production timelines and ensure each mail drop aligns with the approved calendar. Anticipate risks and coordinate with teams and vendors to avoid delays. Strategy Development Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for the direct mail channel. Execute marketing campaigns by being able to establish regular work streams and project meetings, document and following up on actions/risks identified from the meetings. Quickly adapt to changes in channel performance, industry trends, and business priorities, ensuring marketing strategies remain effective. Manage channel-specific budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost-effectiveness of campaigns. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and growth. Vendor & Association Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with external vendors, industry associations, and partners to optimize marketing efforts and ensure seamless campaign execution. Negotiate contracts, manage vendor performance, and collaborate on marketing initiatives to drive business growth. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with sales, product, and analytics teams to ensure alignment of messaging, goals, and initiatives across all touchpoints. Negotiates resource requirements with administrative, call center and other communication teams when faced with conflicts in priorities. Partner with writers, designers, and external vendors to produce engaging, channel-specific materials that resonate with target audiences. Performance Management Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of channel strategies and implement improvements to optimize ROI. Prepare regular channel performance analyses, offering actionable insights and recommendations to optimize results Other duties as assigned. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. At least 1 year of experience in marketing, with emphasis in direct mail execution and fulfillment processes preferred. Demonstrated experience managing multi-piece direct mail campaigns from creative development through print production and mail drop. Attention to detail, particularly in proofing creative assets, verifying variable data, and ensuring compliance accuracy. Understanding direct mail production workflows, including versioning, postal regulations, and print vendor coordination. Exceptional communication and project management skills with the ability to prioritize in deadline-driven environments. Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel. A data-driven mindset with a knack for interpreting analytics to improve results. Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and A/B testing techniques. Experience managing vendor relationships and collaborating with external and internal stakeholders.
