Position Overview
We are seeking a strategic, hands-on Marketing Director to lead all brand, digital, content, and performance sales & marketing efforts across Basecamp Resorts, Everwild, and Basecamp’s real estate development portfolio. This senior leadership role is responsible for creating a unified marketing vision that builds brand equity, drives bookings and spa revenue, generates investor leads, and supports real estate sales.
You will lead a cross-functional team and collaborate with senior leadership, creative partners, real estate stakeholders, and hospitality operators to bring campaigns to life—from concept to conversion. This role blends creative thinking with performance-driven execution and a deep understanding of hospitality, wellness, and lifestyle real estate branding.
Salary: $125K-150k
Shifts: Full-time, Permanent
Location: Calgary or Canmore with regular presence in both locations
